If you're order has arrived damaged, incorrect or faulty in some way, or failed to arrive at all - or if there's an issue with making the order in the first place, we're more than happy to help.

Simply quote your order number where possible and describe the issue you're facing, and we'll aim to get back to you directly within 7 working days.
Usually it will be faster than this, but as we are a two-person creative studio, with day jobs, delays are possible and we thank you for your patience in this regard.
